CPA Nova Scotia Awards Prestigious Fellow Designation to Six Professional Accountants

Halifax, NS, September 24, 2018 – The Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia (CPA Nova Scotia) is pleased to announce that six of the provinces’ leading professional accountants have been awarded the profession’s highest mark of distinction, the Fellow (FCPA) designation. We will honour them at a Members Recognition Event on November 3.

The Fellow designation is an honorary designation awarded to chartered professional accountants whose achievements in their careers or in the community have earned them distinction and brought honour to the profession.  

The recipients are (in alphabetical order):

  • Peterson Downes, CPA, CMA
  • John MacNeil, CPA, CA
  • Michael Pickup, CPA, CA
  • Byron Rafuse, CPA, CMA
  • Marlene Usher, CPA, CA
