Chartered Professional Accountants of Nova Scotia (“CPA Nova Scotia”) hereby provides notice that Axworthy and Associates Inc., based in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia, is not a registered firm with CPA Nova Scotia, and is not licensed or authorized to offer public accounting services, including audit engagements, other assurance engagements, review engagements, compilation engagements or agreed upon procedures engagements.  CPA Nova Scotia requires individual members (or a group of members) to register as a firm before providing public accounting services to the public. There are no Chartered Professional Accountants or public accounting licence holders practicing with Axworthy and Associates Inc.
