Continuing Professional Development (CPD) strengthens and maintains professional competence to enable members to continue to perform their professional roles. Any learning and development that is relevant and appropriate to a member’s work, professional responsibilities, and growth as a CPA will qualify for CPD. Learning activities qualify for verifiable CPD subject to supporting documentation being available to verify the learning activity.  Otherwise, it must be reported as unverifiable.

At CPA Nova Scotia, we strive to include diverse content in our program to help meet the lifelong learning goals of our members.  We offer in-person and virtual classes or online options, both live and on-demand.
