What training platform will be used?

In most cases, we will use the 
Zoom Conferencing solution as the training platform. The solution works with virtually all computers, and sign-up is free.

How do I access the webinar via Zoom Conferencing?
A meeting link, ID and password will be included in the Course Confirmation email you will receive five business days before the event.

How do I hear the audio portion of my online training?
You have two options. The first option is to listen through your computer’s audio system. The second option is to dial into the online training session using your phone. Follow 
these instructions on the Zoom website to test your audio.

Do I need to speak during the webinar? 
While you can type questions and comments in the Chat window, some instructors encourage verbal discussions, particularly in highly interactive sessions and when breakout rooms are used. To derive the most benefit from such sessions, participants are encouraged to have a microphone on their device. If your device does not have one, you can dial-in by phone. 

Can I do a test meeting to familiarize myself with Zoom?
Yes, you can - follow 
these instructions on the Zoom website.

Can I participate using my iPad, iPhone or Android-powered tablet or phone?
Yes, you can.  We recommend you ensure your screen is large enough to clearly view the shared presentation slides, as well as the Chat window and other features to have an effective learning experience. 

How early may I login to my online training session?
You should log in at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to ensure that you can connect properly. You will be placed in the waiting room until the meeting host admits you to the classroom.
