An Approach for Enhanced Resource Management


Effective planning and budgeting continues to be one of the biggest management obstacles facing today’s organizations. In addition, accurate product and service costing to support decision-making also remains a challenge for most businesses.  Collaborative Planning and Cost Modeling supports an integrated resource management approach where multi-functional teams develop business process models that accurately describe and forecast impacts of operational changes on the organization. Key to this approach is understanding and improving operational business flows, increasing efficiencies and, as a result, optimizing resources, while retaining the quality and delivery standards of an organization’s products and services.

This two-day workshop is offered to help CPAs better understand the critical success factors associated with driving a “Resource Management Culture” in their organizations. The workshop is highly interactive with key messages reinforced through hands-on exercises.
