Atlantic Pilotage Authority Canada - Board Members
The Atlantic Pilotage Authority Canada is a Crown corporation based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The mandate of the Atlantic Pilotage Authority is to establish, operate, maintain and administer, in the interest of safety of navigation, an efficient pilotage service in the Atlantic region.
In fulfilling its roles and responsibilities, the Board’s requirements include, but are not limited to:
• Fiduciary duty to act honestly and in good faith;
• The exercise of prudence, diligence and skill; and
• Observance of the rules governing application and disclosure relating to conflict of interest.
